Late-summer and early-fall deer feed in the same areas and nearby agricultural crops such as wheat, alfalfa, soy beans, be a major attractant during the summer and early fall, but once acorns start ripening, whitetail buck deer activity in fields may become scare and the bigger whitetail bucks linit their feeding forays more to late evening or night's or they become total nocturnal aninals, so many hunters might think the big ten point did a disappearing act.
