  • The mural in the Sterling Spencer Memorial Sculpture Garden, painted in 1998, however don't know the Richwood artist who painted the mural.

  • Quick Description: The Garden has benches located under shade trees throughout the garden that provide a resting place for all residents, and visitors, a fish pond, and flowers.

  • Under the guidance of Mayor Jeromy Rose administration, grant funds were secured and the sculpture garden was created in honor of a respected wood sculptor from Richwood, Sterling Spencer.

  • I think that may be the Stone sculpture represent the Gathering of the Rainbow Family at the Cranberry Glades Botanical Area of the Monongahela National Forest, July 1st - July 7th of 2005
